Q: How is my product made?
A: All of our products are made out of 1/8" Baltic birch plywood and are cut to within 0.001" accuracy with a commercial grade laser engraver. Everything is thought up, designed, cut, and shipped by us two goblins in our workshop.

Q: This fit feels too tight, what should I do?
A: In order to increase the longevity of our products, some of the fits may be tight. Wood can swell and shrink based on many factors, such as weather conditions during shipping, or the humidity of your home. If a fit feels too tight, use some fine-grain sandpaper (220 grit or higher) to very lightly sand one or both of the connections. We strongly recommend doing this slowly and a little at a time in order to ensure the fit does not become too loose.

Q: This fit feels too loose, what should I do?
A: Glue! The plywood we use with our products will readily accept many kinds of glue. Elmer's wood glue or even superglue is recommended during assembly if a fit is too loose or if you would like your terrain to remain permanently assembled. Glue will increase the overall strength of the product as well.
